About Tay Week

Tay Week combines a weekend regatta and a weekday evening series to create a week of racing for dinghies and keelboats from sailng clubs around the River Tay, from Loch Tummel and Loch Earn in the West to Arbroath and St Andrews in the East. The week is run by Royal Tay Yacht Club with help from the other clubs of the Tay Yacht Clubs Association.


In 2010 Royal Tay Yacht Club celebrates its 125th anniversary year and Tay Week racing is limited to the weekend of 11th-12th July while the club continues in the following week with a programme of varied sailing activities. Visitors are welcome to stay over and enjoy the celebrations.
